This role manages academic records, enforces academic regulations, produces official student transcripts, and communicates academic information while ensuring confidentiality in compliance with FERPA. Highlights Oversee management of academic records and enforce university academic policies. Analyze external transcripts for course equivalency and degree requirements. Produce official and unofficial student transcripts and manage transcript-related correspondence. Communicate academic records information to students, departments, and external parties. Maintain records related to academic and financial transactions within the unit. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant clerical experience. Preferred experience in an academic environment. Skills needed include strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, multitasking, and customer service abilities.
