About the Role
The Company is in search of a Board Member with a strong background in financial markets, particularly in the context of US life sciences venture capital, investment banking, or senior financial leadership. The successful candidate will be part of a respected board of industry professionals and experts, contributing to the company's significant growth agenda. A deep understanding of the current and emerging financing ecosystem is essential, and while prior public board experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. The role may also involve sitting as an Audit committee member or Chair, so relevant experience or capability in this area is highly valued.
