Stand Out Home Care is looking for individuals across Arizona who are already providing care to someone they love — a parent, grandparent, sibling, child, or friend — and want to get paid through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. We can help your loved one apply!

Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to assist with the daily care of a loved one in our home. The ideal candidate will have a kind heart, a strong work ethic, and experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Help with mobility and transfers
Transportation to appointments (if needed)
Requirements:
Direct Care Worker (DCW) Training program (we will help to obtain)
CPR/First Aid certification
Reliable transportation
Clear background check
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
