Home Daily CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver - $2,500 Sign On Bonus.

You’ll run a consistent, easy-to-learn route delivering 100% no-touch freight to Walmart stores across VA, NC, MD, DE, PA, and WV, supported by a dedicated fleet manager.

Enjoy a 5-on/2-off schedule with the same two days off every week, giving you predictable 48-hour resets and the freedom to stop missing the moments that matter most. This is a route where you know what to expect, earn strong weekly pay, and finally get the work/life balance every driver deserves. All backed by a company that invests in you with paid training, an industry-leading pay package, and 24/7 driver support whenever you need it.

Pay:

  • $2,500 Sign On Bonus
  • $0.56 - $0.63 per mile
  • Average $1,400+ per week
  • Top Earners average $1,800+ per week

Qualifications:

  • Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
  • Must live within 60 miles of Gordsonville, VA
  • Must have personal transportation
  • Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.56 to $.63 cpm depending on route and experience.
  • No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
  • SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
