As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Hands‑On Work Actively participate in production tasks alongside team members, demonstrating skills and knowledge. Identify opportunities for process improvement and coach team members to implement changes. Ensure finished products meet quality standards through hands‑on inspection and verification. Supervisory Responsibilities Train new team members on safety procedures, job duties, and quality standards. Ensure team members have the necessary materials and resources to complete tasks efficiently. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
