What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally—both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments accurately while balancing efficiency and patient needs
• Manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring all required information is collected and documented
• Route messages and documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Safeguard patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
