Clinical Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist for the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment and recovery process

Provide timely assistance via phone, chat, or email for administrative, medication, or service management issues

Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to support telehealth care delivery

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of related experience required

Medical experience (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech) is necessary

Bilingual in Spanish is preferable but not required

Prior experience in a high-volume contact center or care delivery environment is essential

Comfort with technology and navigating multiple software platforms is required
