Bcforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Intelligence Consultant for an opportunity at Redmond, WA.

Position Title : Talent Intelligence Consultant

Location : Redmond, WA

Job Type : Contract

Pay Range $53- $63 / hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Summary :

• As a Talent Intelligence Consultant, you'll sit at the intersection of business intelligence, strategic consulting, and recruiting. Your primary mission : translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that influence leadership and drive strategic talent initiatives.
