Job description
Position: Receptionist Job Type: (Remote) Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area, providing exceptional services to our clients for over 20 years. Our team of experienced agents and staff are dedicated to delivering outstanding results and creating a positive experience for our clients. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for agents and staff - Maintain and update client database and records - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying - Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory - Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings - Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about our services - Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Professional appearance and demeanor - Real estate industry experience is a plus We Offer: benefits package - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - A positive and supportive work environment - Training and development opportunities If you are a motivated and friendly individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Jonesbororealtycompany.
