Title: Sr. Java Developer
Location: PA Pittsburgh (Locals Preferred)
Work Status : Onsite 5 days a week

Function of the Group: The Wizards team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, stability, and operational readiness of WBA digital microapps with a strong focus on backend services.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of microapps and digital online banking.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/UI, Microservices
• Specializing in: Application maintenance, Production support, Root-cause analysis, Performance tuning
• Improving the stability of business-critical backend systems with focus on application health and compliance
• API Development combined with Agile/Scrum practices (backlog, sprint planning, PI Execution)
• Incident Management
• Defect Triage
• Stability engineering
• Handling vulnerabilities/maintenance alongside feature delivery
• Integration across digital banking domains
