About the Role:
Join Kiddie Academy of Lone Tree as a passionate and dedicated educator for our 4-year-old program! This role offers the opportunity to inspire young minds in a nurturing environment, fostering creativity and a love for learning.



Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Facilitate interactive activities that encourage exploration and curiosity.
  • Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for children to thrive.
  • Communicate with parents to share progress and discuss developmental milestones.
  • Implement age-appropriate learning materials and resources.
  • Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.
  • Conduct assessments to track each child's development and learning progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and classroom experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative lesson plans.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education standards.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
