Position Summary Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support customer relationships, account-related activities, and customer satisfaction initiatives. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to develop skills in customer service, account coordination, and business operations. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Assist customers with account-related questions and requests. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Maintain organized customer account records and documentation. Monitor customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction. Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records. Assist with customer onboarding and account support. Participate in team meetings and training programs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
