As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and interact with tenants, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for reporting any unusual activity and providing exceptional customer service, supporting a welcoming and secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents in accordance with site protocols.

Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and / or contractors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence on site.

Support site access control procedures and monitor entrances and exits as required.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
