As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing visible presence throughout assigned areas. You will interact with visitors and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding a welcoming atmosphere. Your daily responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and supporting access control procedures. What Youll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols. Support Allied Universal in maintaining a secure environment by adhering to all company and client policies while on patrol. Assist visitors, tenants, and / or employees at the location with directions and general inquiries as needed. Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and / or hazards encountered during patrols. Minimum Requirements : Possession of a current and valid Guard Card is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Current CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
