Operate and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing of bathtubs and shower units.
Prepare molds and perform fiberglass layering, resin application, trimming, sanding, and finishing.
Assemble components and ensure proper fit and function of products.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
Adhere to all safety policies, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environments preferred but not required.
Experience in hands-on, physical roles such as construction, warehouse, landscaping, automotive, or general labor strongly considered.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or basic machinery is a plus.
Experience working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
Proven track record of reliability, attendance, and teamwork.
Comfortable working in environments with dust, fumes, odors, and varying temperatures.
