Créé par Sandrine Raffin il y a 15 ans, LinkUp rassemble aujourd’hui 20 personnes : ingénieurs RSE, experts en communication & marketing engagés, experts en nutrition, experts en changements de comportement, Directeur de création et graphiste au sein du studio de création intégré

Nous accompagnons nos clients quels que soient leur secteur d’activité et leur cible (B2B, B2C) avec trois secteurs de prédilection : l’agro-alimentaire & la nutrition, la cosmétique et la Mode & Textile Quelques exemples : Fromageries BEL, Panzani, Labeyrie, Aprifel, LVMH, Culture Sucre, Nestlé Guigoz, Mondelez, Bonduelle, Richemont, Primark et bien d’autres
Mission :
Vous appuierez chefs de projets et consultants dans la gestion quotidienne des projets (analyse de fond, campagne de communication, site internet, évènementiel, communication interne), vous serez amené à :
Participer à la réflexion stratégique et à la rédaction des recommandations clients ;
Effectuer un travail de benchmark, de veille, d’analyse de documents scientifiques etc. ;
Participer aux réunions de travail et à la rédaction des comptes rendus ;
Effectuer le suivi des projets, contrôler les allers-retours de création et corrections, vérifier la conformité des livrables ;
o Participation au développement de supports de communication (livrets, vidéo, posts LinkedIn) à destination de diverses cibles (professionnels de santé, grand public)
o Participation au travail de réflexion sur les messages clefs, structuration des supports, suivi des étapes de création en interne et avec les éventuels prestataires externes
Coordonner et suivre les plannings de l’ensemble des intervenants (rédacteur, maquettiste) ;

Indemnités : 800 à 1 000 Brut (selon le niveau d’études) Avantages : Titres Restaurant de 10 avec prise en charge à 60% par l’employeur, Pass Navigo/Imagin’R pris en charge à 50% par l’employeur (ou Forfait mobilité durable selon les modalités indemnités à hauteur de 43,20)

Qualités requises : sens de l’organisation, rigueur, relationnel, aisance rédactionnelle, réactivité et curiosité
Une sensibilité pour la communication et/ou le marketing et les enjeux de développement durable
Parfaite maitrise du français (indispensable pour les sujets de communication), bon niveau d’anglais
