We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to help lead our team and support daily store operations. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. What you'll do includes opening and closing the store, leading shifts and supporting team members, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and running smoothly, assisting customers and driving sales, handling the register and transactions confidently, and stepping in wherever needed from the floor to the buy counter.
What we're looking for includes a strong work ethic and reliability, a leadership mindset (formal or informal experience), the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment, comfort making decisions and taking ownership, strong communication and team skills, and a willingness to jump in and support all areas of the store.
What to expect includes a fast-paced, high-energy environment, leading by example not just managing, responsibility for store operations during your shift, and staying active and moving throughout your shift. This is a leadership role you'll be trusted to keep the store running.
Growth opportunity includes this role can grow into assistant manager or store leadership. This role requires confidence and decision-making, strong communication, the ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly, and a team-first, positive attitude. You'll often be the go-to person during a shift reliability and ownership are key.
