Job description
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI). Key Responsibilities Improve the quality and completeness of clinical documentation in medical records Facilitate interactions with physicians and healthcare team members to enhance clinical documentation Serve as an educational resource on clinical documentation issues for healthcare team members Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing with a relevant bachelor's degree or two years of experience in a Clinical Documentation Improvement program Current RN license in Georgia Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting Ability to interact with diverse healthcare personnel Experience in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) concepts and tools
