Job description
Partners In Staffing is currently hiring for a Seasonal Material Handler / Landscaping Support role to support a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps projects moving. Starting Pay: $22 per hour What You'll Be Doing: Load, unload, and transport materials such as insulation, metal, tools, and supplies Stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs Deliver materials to job sites as needed Assist with receiving shipments and verifying accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment safely Support inventory control and restocking Package, label, and prepare materials for delivery Assist with job site cleanup and debris removal Provide landscaping support around job sites and facilities Support special projects and general labor tasks as needed What We're Looking For: Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred This role is very hands-on and includes significant landscaping support, so candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day Strong work ethic and reliability Team player with good communication skills Safety-focused mindset Valid driver's license required Clean driving record preferred Must be 21 years or older Ability to pass a background check What You Can Expect: Competitive starting pay at $22/hour Consistent hours during the season Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience If you're ready to work, stay active, and be part of a solid team this season, we'd love to connect with you.
