We are a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to improving access to high-quality, comprehensive healthcare for underserved communities in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Our integrated care model includes medical, dental, and behavioral health services, ensuring whole-person care regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
Position Summary
The General Dentist provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health conditions. This role supports our mission to reduce health disparities and improve overall community health through accessible, patient-centered care.
