Adecco is partnering with a well-established fabrication company in Malden, MA to hire an experienced MIG/TIG Welder with Brazing experience. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay, steady first-shift hours, and long-term career growth.
Job Title: TIG/MIG Welder with Brazing Experience
Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience
Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM
Location: Malden , MA
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Perform torch brazing and silver soldering on metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
Fabricate and weld parts to specifications with high attention to quality
Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings
Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications Include:
3-5 years of proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
