Our pre-litigation team manages cases from intake to settlement, ensuring that every client receives relentless representation. We value precision, urgency, and results. *Position Overview:* We are seeking an *experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal* to join our firm. This is a *very fast-paced* position handling *80-120 active personal injury cases* at a time. You must excel at managing high-volume files, moving cases aggressively toward resolution, and thriving under pressure. *Responsibilities:* * Manage *80-120 active personal injury cases* from intake through settlement. * Maintain proactive and frequent communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. * Order, track, and summarize medical records and bills. * Ensure strict compliance with deadlines, statutes, and firm protocols. * Draft and prepare *comprehensive settlement demand packages* with detailed medical chronologies. * Assist attorneys with case evaluation, negotiation strategy, and claim preparation. * Coordinate reductions with medical providers after settlement. *Qualifications:* * *Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience*. * Proven success in a *very fast-paced, high-volume* personal injury environment. * Strong understanding of medical terminology, bodily injury claims, and insurance processes. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle urgent deadlines and competing priorities. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with *Aderant (ATO)* and/or *Filevine* case management software is preferred but not mandatory. * Spanish speaking is a plus. * Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to client success. *What We Offer:* * Competitive pay based on experience. * *Monthly discretionary performance bonuses* based on results and productivity. * Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO). *How to Apply:* Submit your *resume* and a brief *cover letter* detailing your pre-litigation personal injury experience, your settlement results, and your ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced setting.
