This is an opportunity to step into a clinic-based leadership role with a highly structured schedule, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus on clinical quality without the burden of billable hour requirements. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Enjoy a block schedule designed for work-life balance: Monday–Wednesday | 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM | $100,000 salary That means 4 days off every week — with no work expected outside your scheduled clinic days. Focus on clinical care, supervision, treatment planning, and parent training — not chasing billables. What You’ll Do Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct parent training and caregiver support Complete clinical supervision and case oversight Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care Clinic Details Brand-new Rockville clinic (Darnestown Road area).
