Pay Range: $56.92hr - $82.39hr
Were looking for a Demand Intake Manager to lead our demand intake and prioritization process across a fast-paced professional services organization.
In this role, candidates ensure new project and service requests are captured, evaluated, and aligned with business strategy and delivery capacity.
Candidates partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Resource Management, and Leadership to create structure and transparency in how new work enters the organizationdriving better decisions, improved utilization, and stronger client outcomes.
Own and optimize the demand intake process across all business units.
Evaluate new requests for completeness, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Lead intake and prioritization sessions with key stakeholders.
Maintain dashboards and reports to track demand trends and portfolio decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance client demand with delivery capacity.
Identify and implement process improvements that streamline intake workflows.
3+ years of experience in project management (professional services preferred).
Strong business acumen and understanding of project delivery models.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
