Social Creative Producer
Client is looking for talent local to the Minnesota market
Salary: $65,000–$75,000
A fast-growing, social-first marketing agency is seeking a Social Creative Producer to lead influencer-driven content and paid social creative across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role centered on creator partnerships, video capture, and in-feed execution that drives measurable results.
Role Overview
This position owns social-first creative direction with a strong emphasis on influencer collaboration and short-form video production. You will concept creator-led campaigns, develop briefs, and partner directly with influencers to produce platform-native content optimized for paid social distribution.
You’ll also lead social-first day shoots, capturing and editing snackable photo and video content (iPhone-native production expected), and rapidly iterate based on performance feedback. The role works closely with media and strategy teams to translate data into stronger messaging, hooks, and creative variations.
Key Focus Areas
Influencer and creator sourcing, partnership development, and creative direction
Concepting and briefing social-native campaigns built for paid distribution
Hands-on video capture and lightweight editing for short-form social
Fast iteration of hooks, captions, formats, and variations based on results
Ensuring all creative is culturally relevant, platform-native, and performance-minded
Ideal Background
3–7+ years in social creative, influencer marketing, or performance-driven content roles
Proven experience collaborating with influencers and managing creator output
Strong instinct for what performs in-feed
Comfort shooting and editing short-form social video
Ability to balance creative intuition with data-driven iteration
