Process Engineer
Position Overview : This role involves overseeing the successful transition of new products into production, enhancing existing products and processes for improved quality and cost-efficiency, and providing technical support.
Additionally, it includes monitoring activities to support site operation metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage site projects to meet timelines and budget requirements, including submitting capex requests as needed.
- Monitor activities to support site metrics and ensure compliance with company, legal, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to integrate new products into manufacturing.
- Work cross-functionally on a daily basis to resolve site manufacturing issues and improve site metrics.
- Plan projects, research and design new equipment for site manufacturing, and contribute to site capex planning and departmental budgeting.
- Create capital requests for projects as necessary and improve facility layout.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and validation processes.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Self-driven personality.
