A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for conducting independent quality reviews of Benefits Administration systems and related data integration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough quality reviews of benefits administration activities across multiple clients
Validate data file integrations between internal and external systems to ensure accuracy
Create and execute detailed test plans, including identifying test cases, to validate system configurations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, system configuration, or QA
Experience in structured testing or quality control environments preferred
Technical proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite, basic SQL, and familiarity with web technologies
Experience in QA automation and AI tools is a plus
