Specifically, you should contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients. Senior Managers are additionally tasked with client and market responsibilities, including maintaining and engaging in client relationship building outside of existing M&A activity, and aiding in design, build and deployment of new insights, solutions and ways of working for our teams. You should also demonstrate relevant technical skills in understanding M&A transactions generally with emphasis on HR operations design and delivery, data analytics, org design and talent realignment, value capture and synergy identification and extractions during an M&A event, and understand global and local HR and workforce impacts of buying or selling a business.

  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients

  • Incorporate and lead team adoption to learning new applications of evolving technology into daily workflow including tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, agentic AI, and LLM modules to support data analysis, deliverable development and challenge traditional approaches.
