Owner Operator CDL-A Driver – 1099 Contract | Regional & OTR

Position Overview
We are engaging experienced Owner Operator CDL-A drivers for ongoing freight operations originating in and around Texas with routes extending nationwide. This opportunity supports independent drivers who manage their own equipment and prefer autonomy in daily operations.

Drivers retain full discretion over load acceptance, routes, and schedules while operating within established transportation guidelines.

Operational Overview
Freight availability varies based on equipment type, geographic preferences, and current demand cycles. Drivers may access a range of dry van, reefer, or flatbed opportunities depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and in accordance with federal and state regulations
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries within agreed timeframes
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and shipping documentation
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Communicate status updates as required for load tracking

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Ownership or access to DOT-compliant equipment
• Acceptable safety and driving history
• Active cargo and liability insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States

Work Structure
This is a 1099 contractor role. Drivers are responsible for all operational expenses including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and taxes. Work volume may fluctuate depending on market conditions.
