About this role:

This individual will lead data analytics for the consumer business, partnering cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Base Management, and Finance to drive retention and revenue growth. They will own the definition, governance, and ongoing monitoring of core KPIs especially churn and ARPU. Building executive-ready dashboards, establishing a consistent operating cadence (weekly/monthly business reviews), and ensuring leaders have clear visibility into performance drivers and risks. The Director will translate business priorities into an analytics roadmap, guide deep-dive analyses (cohort/funnel, segmentation, lifecycle, experimentation measurement), and deliver insights and recommendations that influence strategy and execution. They will also manage and develop a team of analysts, setting standards for analytical rigor, stakeholder communication, and scalable self-serve reporting.

What you'll do

• Own and govern core KPIs (especially churn and ARPU), ensuring consistent definitions and a reliable source of truth.

• Monitor performance and drivers via executive dashboards and a recurring operating cadence (e.g., weekly/monthly business reviews).

• Set and execute the analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities and growth goals.

• Lead deep-dive analyses (cohort/funnel, segmentation, lifecycle, experiment measurement) to identify opportunities and risks.

• Deliver clear narratives and recommendations that influence strategy and execution across Product, Marketing, Base Management, and Finance.

• Manage and develop a team of analysts, raising the bar on analytical rigor, communication, and scalable self-serve reporting.

Do you have:

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics (consumer subscription/retention analytics a plus)

• 3+ years of managing analytical teams

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets

• Strong Tableau skills (building scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting)
