Job description

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is an international NGO committed to supporting disadvantaged communities through education. Our "Together for Ukraine" initiative provides comprehensive support to Ukrainian refugees, including mentorship, upskilling programs, and career development services.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Mentorship for Ukraine program as volunteer mentors. This remote opportunity allows you to make a direct impact on Ukrainian refugees' career development while maintaining complete flexibility over your schedule and commitment level.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years in any industry or functional area
  • Availability: Flexible - you control when and how often you mentor
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Technology: Comfortable with video conferencing and online platforms
