The Member Experience Engineering team builds the web and mobile experiences that Spring Health members use to access care. We blaze trails with green field innovation, iterate rapidly on feature roadmaps, and optimize experiences to reduce friction. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 2 Embarcadero Ctr.

The role : Senior Software Engineer to join a team responsible for building modern AI powered experiences. You will be a technical leader on the team.

What success looks like in this role

What we expect from you

Compensation : The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $213,565, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
