Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  • Primarily weekday day and evening shifts; weekend availability required as needed.
Job SummaryAre you a proactive communicator with a passion for building strong client relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills shine? If so, Five Star Bath Solutions wants you to be a part of our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager!

At Five Star Bath Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by making out-bound calls to warm leads, confirming appointments, managing the calendar, and providing top-notch support. We provide warm leads—your job is to get them booked. And when the appointment sells, you get a bonus on top of your base pay.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads

  • Confirm existing appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.

  • Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Self-driven & motivated

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.


Compensation:
Base plus commission: $35K base with expected total regular income of ~$60K/year.
You set high quality appointments for our design consultants to sell. Commissions are based on sales team closing deals.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year





Five Star Bath Solutions is a full service bathroom remodeler specializing in bath and shower remodeling and installations in your area.
We are your local bathroom remodeler specializing in all things bathroom remodeling including tub to shower conversion, bath tub to shower conversion, small bathroom remodels, safety bath installation, new shower installation, and more.
