Serving as the primary point of contact for members and providers, the full-time Medical Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound interactions, providing exceptional service and guidance through the complexities of healthcare benefits and care management in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide timely and accurate service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat Educate customers on healthcare benefits and assist with navigating internal processes to achieve desired outcomes Conduct outbound outreach for program enrollment and clinical quality checks while maintaining compliance with regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within a healthcare setting or related roles At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare contact center or outbound calling environment Strong empathy and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
