A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NURSE PRACTICIONER
As an NP, in collaboration with the Hospice Medical Director, and referring physicians, this position is responsible for carrying out Face-to-Face visits for Hospice patients for the VNAHSR. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

This Nurse Practitioner (NP) position offers flexible hours, we at the VNA value work-life balance. Our clinicians have autonomy in their position to create their daily schedule to meet the needs of their clients, allowing the flexibility to prioritize their personal and family needs.
