Job Title

Performs receptionist, registration, and clerical duties associated with registering patient for services.

Responsibilities:

• Registers and checks in patients, minimizing wait times and providing a welcoming experience in a professional manner.
• Communicates effectively to support smooth operations, including scheduling, check-ins, departures, and follow-up coordination.
• Collects required payments or routes patients to financial counselors; verifies insurance eligibility and accurately enters all demographic and billing information.
• Performs administrative tasks such as managing communications, prioritizing workflow, and coordinating with providers; reviews schedules and calendars to maintain efficient operations.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Within 60 days of hire: Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
