divh2Mission Readiness Trainer Service/h2pOur client, an AV manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Readiness Trainer Service for their Austin, TX location. Responsibilities include:/pulliProviding dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstration, coaching, and feedback on day-to-day operating procedures/liliReviewing daily performance feedback and addressing any training deficiencies escalated by on-the job mentors/liliGrading hands-on assessments, including on-the-ground and simulated sessions, and providing feedback to Training Supervisor and team stakeholders/liliConducting formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced operators/liliAssisting with training material updates as needed and reviewing new training material/liliWorking with Training Supervisors to identify areas of confusion or discrepancy in the training curriculum/liliFulfilling an 8-hour minimum Service or Service Associate requirement per month to keep knowledge and performance of SOPs proficient/li/ulpRequirements include:/pulliAt least 3 months as a fully trained individual on the Mission Readiness team/lili1-3 years of experience in the AV space/liliKnowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilities/liliExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality/liliProven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues to support trainees/liliExcellent time management and prioritization skills/liliMust possess and maintain a valid drivers license/liliMust pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen/liliMust comply with the Substance Abuse Policy/liliProficiency with Google Workspace collaboration tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Forms/liliExperience in facilitation of classroom sessions and/or on-the-job training/li/ulpWhy should you apply?/pulliHealth benefits/liliReferral program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
