Job Details :

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Foreclosure Department Attorney to join our fast-paced and innovative legal team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge and experience in private lending, lending, borrowing, CaseMax, Provantage, and Lexis Nexis. This role will play a critical part in managing our foreclosure department, providing legal advice to our clients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, driving results, and a strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the foreclosure department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to foreclosure, private lending, lending, and borrowing.
• Utilize CaseMax, Provantage, and Lexis Nexis for research, case management, and legal document preparation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize foreclosure risk and maximize recovery.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Represent the organization in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews of foreclosure cases, providing guidance and direction to the team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legal rulings, and changes in laws and regulations.
