As a Therapy Tech, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting physical and hand therapists as they care for orthopedic patients. You'll help set up exercises and equipment, guide patients through therapist-assigned activities (under direct supervision), and keep treatment areas clean and safe. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in a future PT or OT career with eligibility for up to $30,000 in tuition reimbursement for PT/OT school.
Compensation Range for this position: $16.37 - $24.55
Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
