Role and Team
Job Summary : Reporting to the General Manager or designated manager, resolve differences between the buyer and the seller arising from representations on the auction block. Research issues and recommend final decisions regarding post-sale issues. Perform duties as assigned by the General Manager or designated manager. Ensure compliance with company policy, procedures, and applicable federal laws.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Medium to Heavy physical work; conditions may include standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to environmental factors. May require occasional climbing or rapid movement in emergencies.
