TITLE: Defense Transformation Strategy Lead (Short-Term Relocation to Middle East)

We are seeking mission focused professionals with deep experience in defense, intelligence, or security environments to lead high impact, client centric projects for an international security organization undergoing transformation.
This opportunity is tailored for a former flag officer or senior civilian equivalent in the public sector, commercial executive, or experienced consulting leader who is ready to lead a high-impact transformation.
Candidates will be based in the Middle East, all expenses paid, for 3-6 months with the possibility for extension up to one year. If you have a proven record of service within, or consulting, the industry and leading projects in complex environments, we want to hear from you.

Engagement Details
• Location: Middle East
• Duration: 3-6 months, with possibility of extension for 1+ year
• Travel: All flights, accommodation, and per-dem provided
• Security: Non-disclosure agreement required for interviews and additional details about the project
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or PhD degree
• 10+ years of experience in national security, defense, or global affairs
• Demonstrated experience as a senior flag officer, civilian equivalent, or commercial leader
• Proven experience managing large-scale teams of direct reports
• Preference given to candidates with additional strategy consulting experience, particularly from leading consulting firms
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, organizational transformation, and/or business operations
Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of an organizational transformation, to include partnering and advising senior client executives on day-to-day and big-picture activities of the transformation
2. Design and run effective governance for transformation initiatives
3. Oversee internal company consulting team, to include managing and mentoring junior consultants, setting team strategy, and ensuring quality of deliverables

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Middle East for the duration of the assignment, with expenses paid.
