We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Holly Hill Nursing and Rehab Center in Towson, MD. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Holly Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and developing individualized care plans for our residents
Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring and documenting resident progress, identifying and reporting changes and concerns
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Educating residents, families, and caregivers on care plans and instructions
Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
Current Maryland RN licensure
Minimum 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
