Providing evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders, the full-time or part-time Nebraska Licensed PMHNP will conduct telehealth evaluations, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a care team in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team Required Qualifications Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Nebraska, with Medicaid enrollment preferred At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment, or relevant previous experience for those with less than 2 years Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
