We're looking for a detail-driven Operations Support Coordinator to join our client's team on-site in Las Vegas for a temporary assignment running through May.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll support critical testing, compliance, and repair scheduling processes that keep operations running smoothly and customers informed.
You will :
Book and schedule State-required testing with Approved Inspection Agencies (AIA) and internal customers.
Track and update Notices of Violation (NOVs) using Smartsheets and ensure all documentation stays current in the State TCE database.
Coordinate NOV repairs by working closely with mechanics, superintendents, and operations staff.
Communicate with customers to provide updates on testing and repair progress, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Assist with quotes and billing for customer testing requests, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Attend weekly operations and repair meetings , contributing updates and insights to help the team stay aligned.
Resolve customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, solutions-focused manner - managing a high call volume environment efficiently.
Support data entry, reporting, and task management across multiple systems (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Oracle, Smartsheet's, and Google Sheets).
What You Bring
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer focused role
Background in a service-oriented industry such as construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, or similar. (Experience supporting field teams or technicians is a major plus!)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills - you can manage schedules, calls, and paperwork without missing a beat.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you keep others informed and confident in your work.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook , and ideally Salesforce, Oracle, or Smartsheet's .
