A company is looking for a Brand Manager to shape the future of the Thinx brand in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Thinx brand strategy to drive awareness, loyalty, and profitable growth
Define, track, and act on key brand health and performance metrics
Lead market analysis and consumer research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of prior marketing experience in brand management or closely related roles
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of P&L management levers with a proven track record of delivering business results
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to break down growth barriers
Collaborative working style with the ability to bring diverse teams together
