- Surgical critical care / trauma fellowship required for role; must have active ATLS certification
- $500k base salary; minimum 2 years of experience required
- Must have trauma 1, 2, or 3 experience
- (14) 12-hour shifts per month; schedule includes days and nights
- Potential to become a trauma shareholder after 2 years of employment
- Join 7 surgeons and a team of APPs; average of 20- 30 cases per week
- Full insurance benefits, sign-on bonus, $3,500 CME stipend, and paid malpractice coverage
