Our challenge

We are seeking a React Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting enterprise-grade applications, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $130k - $135k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Define, design, and implement frontend architecture using React.js, Redux / Context API, and modern UI frameworks.
• Develop scalable component libraries, design systems, and reusable code patterns.
• Lead technical discussions, provide architecture blueprints, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate wireframes into responsive, accessible, and performant applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices-based backends.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI / CD pipelines for frontend applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and cross-browser / device compatibility.
• Mentor and guide developers, perform code reviews, and foster continuous improvement within the frontend team.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
