Call Center Customer Service Agent
Elle Seller we are is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our customer service team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Salary : $950 - $1250 / week Job Type Full-time Location : Houston, TX THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS Responsibilities : Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns Assist customers with product and service inquiries, orders, and account management Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution Document and update customer records in the system accurately and promptly Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures Provide information about Brightwave Solutions' products and services to potential customers Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Requirements High school diploma or equivalent;
college degree is a plus Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed Bonus Points : Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account Powered by JazzHR
