Responsibilities

Be the Heart of a Thriving Community. We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our team and help lead day-to-day operations at one of our garden-style communities. You’ll be the go-to person for residents, help keep the office running smoothly, and work side-by-side with the Community Manager to create a place people are proud to call home.

Resident & Office Operations

• Support all aspects of resident relations—from onboarding to move-out
• Respond to resident concerns and follow up on service requests
• Lead a smooth and welcoming move-in process with strong attention to detail
• Manage the leasing office : order supplies, support the leasing team, and assist with marketing
