Sr. Manager, Rewards

Targeted Compensation Range : $135,000-$165,000

Job Summary :

The Sr. Manager, Rewards is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of iHerb's Rewards program. The role will work with executive stakeholders to develop and optimize a world class loyalty platform, and collaborate with cross-functional resources.

Job Expectations :

  • Own the Rewards program with proposing a multi-year loyalty strategy and roadmap with financial impacts and guardrails.
  • Define the high value actions for loyalty across acquisition, retention, and reactivation that drive LTV.
  • Lead iHerb Rewards marketing initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize reward programs.
  • Model and continuously fine-tune program costs, incremental revenue, and overall program return.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing, technology, product, legal, accounting and more teams to define features and data requirements of both campaigns and program enhancements.
  • Ensure ongoing legal and SOX compliance, documenting policies and processes for audit purposes.
  • Work agilely across both our internal proprietary Rewards platform as well as external solutions to create a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong communication skills : listening, verbal, and written
  • Proven cross functional team leader with the ability to effectively interact and present at all levels, including Senior Management and Executive level.
  • Must be able to motivate, develop, and direct teams from across the world
  • Highly proficient in web / digital analytics
  • Experience Requirements :

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in areas including loyalty / rewards, CRM, email / push, customer segmentation, and promotions in a fast paced B2C environment
  • Experience in leading design and execution of programs across multiple communication channels including direct mail, email, push, and web
  • Experienced with marketing automation platforms and technology (Tableau, Braze, Simon Data, etc)
  • Ecommerce or VMS industry experience a strong plus
  • Google Sheets / Excel experience needed
  • Asana, Confluence, Jira experience preferred
  • Anticipated Pay Scale :

    $115,850 - $184,307 USD
